Once a Boomer gets over the fear of the technology, they can become as adept as the younger generations, and there are those of us to just lap this stuff up.  I also do run into Boomers every day (about 1 out of every 4) who don&#039;t use e-mail or text and gasp when I mention social networks, and they don&#039;t really use modern day tools in their businesses.  And they then wonder why they can&#039;t attract young talent.</description>

		<description>You are right about the fears that some boomers have, but I have spent years helping boomers  overcome their technology road bumps. Not only can it be done, but boomers can be as comfortable with computers and technology as the younger generations.</description>

		<description>You know, I have personally spent alot of time bringing older people up to speed on tech.  It is really not complicated, once you get them into it they do as well as anyone else.
