Excellent point, Bea. This is another one of those spots where we older Gen Xers need to start looking at the real VALUE gained by these activities. It’s all too easy to write it off as just something those “young people” do, and not see how it is a business asset and relationship builder. Hopefully we’ll follow the lead of our younger leaders.
